Job Summary

Digital Techworks Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our fully remote marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and data-savvy, with a deep understanding of content trends, social media analytics, and community engagement.

This is a 100% remote position, requiring strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with company goals and client objectives.

Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

Plan, create, and schedule engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.) consistent with brand voice and style.

Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer interactions.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive measurable results.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.

Respond promptly to audience interactions and foster community engagement.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or organization.

Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Strong understanding of content strategy, digital branding, and social media trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in visual and written content.

Preferred:

Experience with paid advertising and campaign analytics across Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Ads.

Basic knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and content marketing strategies.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Experience working in a digital agency or tech-focused environment.
