(UC CITIZEN AND GC ONLY) Quality Assurance Inspector Opportunities Hauppauge, NY / Central Islip, NY (Onsite)

Location: 7 Oser Avenue, Hauppauge, NY (Onsite)
Pay Range: $16.64 $26.00 per hour (based on role, experience, and qualifications)
Shifts: General Shift (8:30 AM 5:00 PM) or First Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly

We are hiring Quality Assurance Inspectors across multiple departments to join our growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team. These roles ensure compliance, data integrity, and product quality across IT systems, warehouse operations, and DPI manufacturing/packaging processes.

Open Roles

QA Inspector II (IT)

• Validate and review IT systems supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Perform detailed audit trail reviews, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
• Review user activity logs, electronic signatures, timestamps, and system access.
• Oversee IT system validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with IT, production, and QA teams to ensure GxP compliance.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, IT, or related field.
  • 2 4 years QA/IT QA experience in a regulated pharma environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, data integrity, EBR, and SCADA systems.

QA Inspector I (Warehouse)

• Ensure quality compliance of printed packaging materials and warehouse operations.
• Review and approve packaging artwork, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage storage, labeling, and dispensing of printed packaging materials.
• Conduct inspections of incoming/outgoing goods following GDP & GMP standards.
• Perform SAP transactions for material management.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelor s in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry.
  • 2 3 years of QA experience in warehouse/packaging.
  • Knowledge of FDA labeling regulations and GMP/GDP.

QA Inspector I (DPI)

• Perform in-process checks during batch manufacturing & packaging.
• Conduct sample collection (blend, finished product, validation samples).
• Execute IPQA testing (LOD, Bulk Density, Weight Variation, Leak Tests).
• Review batch records, logbooks, calibration/PMP records.
• Support deviation, OOS, and non-conformance investigations.
• Requirements:
  • Minimum Science Graduate.
  • 1 2 years experience in pharmaceuticals (DPI, MDI, or Injectables preferred).
  • Familiarity with GMP & 21 CFR Part 820.
