Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and itineraries based on clients’ preferences and budgets.
  
• Handle travel documentation, visa requirements, and insurance needs for clients.
  
• Resolve any issues or concerns before, during, or after travel to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination updates.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and travel partners.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Must own a computer
  
• Have reliable internet
  
• Speak fluent English
  
• Be a citizen of the United States, Mexico, Spain   or Belize and be 18 years of age or older
