About the Role

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in supporting complex software engineering initiatives with a focus on data visualization and analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze large-scale challenges, design scalable solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to consult on high-impact software engineering initiatives.
• Analyze and resolve complex, multi-dimensional challenges involving data modeling, reporting, and visualization.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support long-term business goals and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and synthesize diverse data sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate strategically with client teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, demonstrated through one or more of the following:
• Professional work or consulting experience
• Military service
• Formal education or technical training

Proven experience developing with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and data governance best practices.
