Location: Remote (US-based)

Job Type: 6 Months Contract

Workload: Variable with heavier demand around release cycles

Compensation Range: $47.66 - 48.66 per hour

We're looking for a mid-level Designer to support our Ads Design team on a 6 month contract. You'll partner closely with product design and marketing, creating assets that bring new releases to life and building resources that help our partners showcase Ads with clarity and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product designers and marketing to translate new product releases into media assets that highlight features and functionality.
• Create and maintain a library of up-to-date ad format visuals that marketing can easily pull from for campaigns, sales decks, and external-facing communications.
• Deliver high-quality assets that meet the needs of upcoming launches and campaigns.
• Work autonomously, taking requirements and producing finished deliverables with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of design experience, ideally in product, visual, or marketing design roles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Animation or video product skills are a bonus.
• A portfolio that shows strong visual craft and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
