We are a leading Integrative Health Clinic located in Central Oregon, dedicated to improving lives through exceptional patient care and innovative wellness solutions.

We’re seeking Chiropractic Assistant / Rehab Technician who is detail oriented, friendly, and possess exceptional memory skills. A genuine desire to promote wellness is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a growing team.

Salary: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour base pay

Job Description/Duties:
- Perform physical modalities as directed by the doctor, including decompression, stretching, heat, ice, manual therapies)
- Ensure smooth patient flow to enhance the patient experience and optimize efficiency for doctors.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Handle phone calls and communicate with patients as required.
- Prepare exam and X-ray rooms.
- Participate in ongoing education opportunities
- Cross-train in various departments based on aptitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Work Location and Schedule
- Location: Redmond, Oregon
- Hours: Monday -- Thursday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, (full time). Some flexibility in hours may be required, with occasional Tuesdays until 7 PM and pre-planned weekend training seminars.

Education-Skills
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Grammar and spelling skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to manage of patient flow efficiently
- Medical Office Experience a plus
