Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current workflows and pain points, specifically within Purchase to Pay (P2P), Report to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• Document requirements for the future state and deliverables to guide IT support partners in execution.
• Ensure seamless integration between D365 and other platforms such as Certify and UKG.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders operating in EST hours and globally.
• Provide support for project phases, including design, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of D365 ERP, with specific expertise in P2P, R2R, and OTC processes.
• Experience working with Tax systems (specifically Avalara)
• Proven experience in ERP migrations or implementations, preferably Great Plains to D365.
• Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Familiarity with integration methodologies involving platforms like Certify and UKG.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with executive stakeholders and global teams.
• Availability to work in EST hours to align with key stakeholders.
