This role ensures alignment across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Field Teams to support growth, revenue attainment, and market development objectives. Responsibilities: Drive the implementation and operationalization of key systems and tools supporting central programs and business strategies. Communicate program progress and roadmap clearly to stakeholders. Partner with Revenue Operations and Field Teams to define critical support systems and processes required for business growth. Support Sales and Business teams by driving technical implementations and strategic considerations. Manage the portfolio of technical work, partnering with internal teams (BizTech) and tools vendors to execute on the vision and roadmap. Prioritize team requests and requirements to align with company and field team goals. Provide up-to-date visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues as needed. Partner with appropriate teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from systems and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree required. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales enablement or operations roles, demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Gong, MixMax, and other GTM technologies. Proven track record as a cross-functional business partner with the ability to lead within complex, multi-team environments. Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple teams. Experience across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and customer success teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High accuracy, attention to detail, and professional work habits. Ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments. Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and GSuite. Strong business acumen with the ability to build relationships with executives and stakeholders across the organization. Team player with a history of cross-functional collaboration.
