Board Certified Oral Surgeon in Indianapolis, IN

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $400,000 W2 (negotiable based on experience).
• Bonus Structure: 35% of collections after a one-time $1.5M production threshold (hybrid W2/1099 model).
• Earning Potential: $1M+ in the first year.
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000.
• Annual Dues/CE Reimbursement: $5,000.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery.
• Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion.
• Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records.
• Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships.
• Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency.
• Board certification or eligibility preferred.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach to practice.
